How much is postage?
Standard shipping starts from £2.25 and delivery is estimated 3-5 business days.
Express shipping starts from £3.00 and is estimated within 1-2 business days. Please note express shipping does not alter the lead time on orders. However, if you need your order urgently, please contact us and we will be happy to accommodate where possible.
Please note we are not responsible for delays in delivery once the order has been dispatched. The delivery time is an estimate given by shipping company.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we frequently send orders overseas. Please contact us for a shipping quote.
What is your returns policy?
Non personalised items may be returned unused and in the original packaging within 28 days of dispatch. Once the item has been received a refund or credit note will be offered. Postage is non refundable and return postage must be covered by the sender.
Personalised items are non refundable but if you are not fully satisfied with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us to discuss the matter further.
